Qld: Search intensifies for missing woman
BRISBANE, Aug 21 AAP - Police have intensified their search for a 27 year old woman
who has been missing in Brisbane since the weekend.
Linda Jane Roberts was last seen leaving a friend's house in the suburb of Holland
Park on Saturday night.
She failed to meet friends on Sunday and her car was found in the Wishart Shopping
Centre carpark yesterday.
Police said her belongings were inside.
The woman has not reported for work and police today enlisted the help of 20 State
Emergency Service volunteers.
Inspector John Pointing said: "What we need to know is who put the car in the car park."
He said police were trying to trace Ms Roberts' movements from Saturday night.
