A 2ND GLOBE FOR WORLD-CLASS RHAMES.(MAIN)

Ving Rhames' generosity won't leave him Golden Globe-less.

Rhames, who gave away his trophy for best actor in a TV miniseries Sunday to fellow nominee Jack Lemmon, will receive another, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association said Monday.

``Apparently, this has not happened before,'' said Chantal Dinnage, an association spokeswoman said. The group of foreign journalists has been awarding its Golden Globes for 55 years.

Lemmon was pressed into taking the trophy from a tearful Rhames, who won best actor for ``Don King: Only in America,'' the story of the flamboyant boxing promoter. Lemmon was nominated for his work in ``12 Angry Men.''
